Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Carbonkites Ltd (trading as BunnyDing), a company registered in England & Wales, when you buy a stock-alert watch. By paying for a watch you agree to them. We’ve written them in plain English.
The service
BunnyDing monitors a set of listed UK retailers and emails you when a product you’ve asked us to watch appears to be back in stock — online, and (if you opt in) available to collect in store at Argos branches near you.
This is a best-effort service with no guarantee. Stock can sell out within seconds, retailers change their websites without notice, and there may be times when we miss a restock, alert you late, or send an alert for something that’s already gone. We do our best, but we can’t promise you’ll get every alert, that an alert will be in time, or that a product will still be available when you follow the link.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any retailer. Prices, availability, delivery and any purchase you make are entirely between you and the retailer, on the retailer’s own terms.
Payment and how long a watch lasts
A watch costs a one-off payment per watch, taken securely through Stripe. There is no recurring subscription and no repeat charge.
That one-off payment covers 30 days of monitoring. As a current promotion we’re adding 2 months (60 days) free on top, so a watch bought now runs for up to about 3 months in total, or until you cancel — whichever comes first. The free months are a limited-time promotional gift with no separate charge; we may change or end the promotion at any time. After a watch ends it simply expires; we won’t renew it or charge you again unless you buy a new one. We may also end a watch sooner if we retire the listing or can no longer monitor a retailer (see below).
Cancelling and refunds
You have a 14-day right to cancel a watch, starting the day you buy it. Because a watch begins monitoring as soon as your payment is confirmed, by buying it you ask us to start the service straight away and you acknowledge that it begins within that 14-day period.
To cancel and request a refund within those 14 days, email support@carbonkites.com from the email address you signed up with. We’ll refund your payment, less two deductions:
- the payment-processing fee charged by our payment provider (Stripe) on the transaction, which they don’t return to us when we issue a refund; and
- a proportionate amount for the monitoring already provided up to the day you cancel — pro-rated across the 30-day paid period that one-off payment covers. (The 2 free promotional months carry no charge, so they’re not part of this calculation.)
For a low-cost, immediate-start service like this, those deductions often leave little or nothing to refund — but we’ll always work it out fairly and tell you the figure. After the 14 days, or once a watch has run its full term, the fee is non-refundable. Nothing here removes rights you have under law that can’t be excluded.
Model cancellation form — you don’t have to use this (a plain email is fine), but you can if you like: “To Carbonkites Ltd, support@carbonkites.com — I give notice that I cancel my BunnyDing watch. Bought on [date], email I signed up with: [your email]. Date: [today].”
Acceptable use
Please use BunnyDing only for its intended purpose — receiving stock alerts for your own use. Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, resell or interfere with the service, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.
What we’re responsible for
We’ll provide the monitoring service with reasonable care and skill, as the law requires. But we can’t guarantee an outcome: stock can sell out in seconds, retailers change their websites without notice, and things outside our control can mean an alert is missed, arrives late, or comes after an item has already gone. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for those outcomes, for any purchase you do or don’t make, for a product selling out, or for anything to do with a retailer’s website, pricing, stock or fulfilment.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded — including our duty to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when. We may retire a listing or stop monitoring a retailer if it’s no longer feasible. You can cancel a watch at any time using the unsubscribe link in any alert email or from your account page — and in any case a watch ends automatically 3 months after you bought it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
